Bees look to sting the Knights and Pitbulls A well deserved point against Lightning The Bees only had one fixture last weekend but it was a big one as the Milton Keynes Lightning made their first visit to Slough this season. MKL are never a team to take lightly and it was clear that Dom and the boys had a game plan to keep the Lightning at bay. Bees were missing Jack Hoppes, Ryan Webb and Josh Kelly but were boosted by Ty Cathcart and of course Gianni Vitali the new import who had now had some time to recover from jet lag. It was Gianni who was to put the Bees ahead but not until 37.18 into the game and they took the 1-0 lead into the second period break. As you would expect from MKL they worked hard looking for the equaliser and it came to them 6.23 into the third period, Herrman finding the net.
